Sketchout day with the Brisbane Urban Sketchers, braving the sudden arctic cold snap we have, in fact, it was a lovely day, and warm.
I
was going to sit and sketch the graceful curve of the cloisters from
the inside, but upon walking around, I found a delightful parklet behind
the cloister, with seats in the sun.
My
first sketch of the day was the brick work. I sketched the reliefs
from the columns on the way to the Writers Cafe where we met for coffee.
Thank you for looking.
